Description

Hello. I just tried to install xcache to my fedora server.Everything went fine untill I changed the settings in php ini and restarted the http server. All pages went blank. Why could that be ? I used the version 1.2.1 and had to disable xcache from php.ini. Could you please help me ? P.S:I am using plesk in my server maybe that could be the problem.

This my php -v output. # php -v PHP 5.0.4 (cli) (built: Nov 8 2005 08:27:12) Copyright (c) 1997-2004 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.0.4-dev, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies

This happends because you didnt read the release notes nor the main page, Xcache does not and will never support php 5.0.x , you have to upgrade to any version later than 5,1

sorry, but unlike php 4, php 5.0.x itself is dropped by php.net internally and no one recommend using it, while php 4 is usable with no update support from php.net is dropped
