110	Win32 package's admin directory is incomplete	sergey	moo	I downloaded the [http://xcache.lighttpd.net/pub/Releases/1.2.1/XCache-1.2.1-php-5.2.3-Win32.zip Win32 PHP 5.2.3 package]. Half the files in `admin` directory are missing (e.g. header and footer) and those that are present don't always match the [source:/tags/1.2.1 the 1.2.1 tag]. I replaced them with `admin` contents from [http://xcache.lighttpd.net/pub/Releases/1.2.1/xcache-1.2.1.tar.gz source tarball] and the pages are working great now.	defect	closed	minor	1.2.2	admin	1.2.1	fixed						isapi				0
