#272 invalid xcache crashes site - need help moo starams5

Could someone please help me with the problem I have with xcache, maybe I'm doing something wrong. I install xcache and it seem to work fine for a few hours, then it takes the entire site out, and I have to revert to the backup. xcache is much faster than the current optimizer (APC), but I can't seem to get it stable. Please see specs below, If I miss anything, just ask and I will provide it. Thanks.

XCache-1.3.2-php-5.3.6-Win32-VC9-x86 (default xcache.ini settings)

XAMPP 1.7.7: Apache 2.2.21 MySQL 5.5.16 PHP 5.3.8

(APC Commented)

Windows Server 2008R2 16Gb Memory (Kingston) x2 Intel Xeon E5620 Processors (12Mb cache)

Site Script: Socialengine 4.2.0

#281 fixed Apache Crashes Under Load With XCache moo starams5

First, I want to say you guys did a good job with XCache 2.0.0 Final (XCache-2.0.0-php-5.3.10-Win32-VC9-x86). This version is more stable than the 1xx versions. I only have one problem, when the server starts to get under load (80+ users), Apache crashes and the Apache service will stops. This doesn't happen with APC or file based.

I've tried different settings, but I'm no export with these settings. Could you please help, and explain in detail what I can change to get this working.

Specs: Windows Server 2008 R2 Duel Quad Core Xeons 16Gb Memory

XAMPP 1.7.7, which includes:

Apache 2.2.21 MySQL 5.5.16 PHP 5.3.8 (Memory Limit Set At 128M)

#325 invalid Windows / mod_fastcgi / Xcache moo starams5

Hi Moo,

I need your help once again. I noticed apache was starting to crash on a regular basis. I had to implement new features (which should have been done sooner) to correct the problem.

As I'm sure you alraedy know, apache has memory issues running on windows, memory leaks, etc; I was able to correct the issue by setting the ThreadStackSize? to 8388608 and using the MaxRequestsPerChild? directive.

Most importantly, I enabled mod_fastcgi-2.4.6-AP22.dll. mod_fastcgi is working as it should be, and the server is now stable. However, I check the 3.0.3 Cacher and found the following:

Slots: 128.00 K
Size: 60.00 M
Available: 58.89 M

Windows Server 2008 R2
Duel Quad Core Xeons
16Gb Memory

Apache 2.2.21
MySQL 5.5.16
PHP Version 5.4.16

FcgidInitialEnv PATH "c:/xampp/php;c:\windows\system32;c:\windows;c:\windows\system32\wbem;"

FcgidInitialEnv SystemDrive "c:"
FcgidInitialEnv TEMP "c:\windows\temp"
FcgidInitialEnv TMP "c:\windows\temp"
FcgidInitialEnv windir "c:\windows"

I did find this under 3.0.3 - Diagnosis:

SAPI Compatibility Error CGI is not supported Use FastCGI or FPM instead

The Xcache usage seems to be extremely low since enabling mod_fastcgi. Is this normal ? If not, please advise. Thank you.
